W Hotel Dallas, Texas

The project emerged from the client’s desire for a “cowboy cool” vernacular to reinvigorate a public living, bar, and outdoors space in a hip downtown hotel. Being a remodel, there were numerous challenges involving existing structures and design features. Most crucial to the remodel was balancing a heightened aesthetic with enhanced comfort and durability. Guests use the area for lounging and working during the day and entertaining at night, when the bar wakes up.
