The design of this new residence revolves around the desires for a refined lifestyle, elegance of entertaining, and a deep-seated sense of propriety. Mid-Century Modernism and Hollywood Regency aesthetics rejuvenated the client’s youthful roots of previous residences in Santa Barbara and Hawaii. Studio Tracey Stead collaborated with Alterstudio Architecture and Crowell Builders, working closely with the client to provide a mixture of materials warm in texture, cool in look, and customized to suit the client’s needs.
