Lexington, Texas Ranch

This ranch house is located 1 hour door-to-door for a retired couple who wanted to have an escape from Austin’s hectic city life. The house was designed from the ground up with our firm and a local architect and built by Melde Construction. It is located on 22 acres with a separate barn and pony barn.  The materials are native to the area of Lexington. The client wanted a modern twist to a classic Texas ranch style. Easy to maintain and no-frills materials.
